We strive to maintain a balance between flexibility for our customers and the operational integrity of our shop. Our return window remains open for 30 days from the date you receive your items. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your footwear must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

  • The shoes must be unworn and show no signs of outdoor use, scuffing on the soles, or creasing in the material.
  • The items must be in their original packaging, including the shoe box, tissue paper, and any protective inserts.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories (such as extra laces or charms) must be attached and included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Socks or foot-care accessories that have been opened or removed from their original seal.
  • Customized or personalized footwear specially made to your specifications.
  • Gift cards.

3. The Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps to ensure your request is handled efficiently:

  • Notification: Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
  • Preparation: Securely pack the shoes in their original shoe box, and then place that box inside a secondary shipping carton. Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to the original shoe box, as this damages the packaging and may result in a restocking fee.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a lost package without tracking will prevent the refund process.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the shoes.

  • Approved Returns: If the shoes are in pristine, resalable condition, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that financial institutions often require a processing period. It may take several business days for the refund to officially post to your statement. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to our team for assistance.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, the process remains the same as a standard return. You will return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest turnaround time and guarantees that your preferred size is reserved for you.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

We perform a quality check on every pair of shoes before they leave ninishoeshop. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting a defect, please provide clear photographs of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the costs of the return shipping and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

8. Sizing and Fit

We provide detailed sizing guides to help you make an informed choice. However, because foot shapes vary, fit is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any marking on the soles until you are certain of the fit. Shoes with soiled or scratched soles cannot be accepted for return.

9. Cancelation Policy

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a return under the terms mentioned above.

10. Restocking Fees

While we try to avoid extra charges, a restocking fee may be applied if the items are returned without the original shoe box or if the shoe box is heavily damaged due to improper return packaging. This fee covers the cost of replacing the packaging to make the item suitable for resale.
